Blueprint Advisory Group was born out of a simple yet powerful mission: to help people find and create work that fulfills them. Watching talented individuals struggle through job hunts, caught in the cycle of poor leadership and toxic cultures, drove me to take action. I founded BAG to change that—to empower leaders, elevate workplaces, and give people the guidance they need to thrive in their careers and lives.

At the heart of BAG is a philosophy rooted in servant leadership. I believe that true leaders serve those they lead, supporting their teams’ personal, professional, and financial goals. When leaders invest in their people, they not only build motivated teams but also create a pipeline of future leaders.
